Job: Supervisor, Quitline (Call Center) Counselor

QuitLine a National Jewish Health telephonic smoking cessation program seeks front line supervisor to oversee the daily and ongoing operations of our unique clinical telecommunications center.

General Summary:
This team member would supervise and coordinate the daily operations for the counseling staff within the Quitline department. This includes service levels, staffing, appointment process, reports, client and patient complaints, employee performance, personnel issues, and training for the department. Accountable for creating a culture of compliance, ethics and integrity. Maintains knowledge of and assures departmental compliance with quality and call standards.

Knowledge and Skills
Effective project and time management skills. Effective verbal, written communication and problem solving skills are required. Must pass clinical and program competencies with a minimum score of 85%.Ability to work in teams and independently as well as coordinate and lead staff. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required.

Education
Bachelor’s degree required, behavioral health experience, preferred.

None

Work Experience
A minimum of four (4) years of direct experience within call center operations, including a minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience required.
