Jobing Description

You can provide clinical assessment/problem identification, crisis intervention, individual, family, and group therapy, and case management to clients in our Home-Based Counseling program.

24-32 hours per week, benefit eligible

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide professional counseling to adults, adolescents and children, couples and families.
* Perform assessment, diagnostic evaluation, treatment planning and case disposition.
* Provide ongoing therapy.
* Act as an advocate for clients and/or client systems when appropriate.
* Perform appropriate case management.
* Document client contacts and progress in accordance with accepted charting standards.
* Consult with groups and individuals when needed.
* Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources and community agents.
* Document client contacts and progress in accordance with accepted charting standards.
* Provide appropriate information and referral services to clients.

Skills / Requirements

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Master's degree (M.A./M.S.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
* Licensure in social work, marriage and family therapy, professional counseling, or psychology is preferred.
* Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required.
