Position summary:
The Poker Brush/Cashier facilitates the success of the poker room and assists in its operation with the utmost focus on customer service. The poker brush/cashier operates the poker bank and maintains the cleanliness of poker games and the poker room while providing excellent customer service.


Essential functions:

Provides the best guest service in the industry at all times.
Operate a bank conducting transactions with players and poker room staff.
Complete paperwork for bank fills as necessary.
Complete Multiple Transaction Log paperwork when required.
Answers and assists all incoming telephone calls to the poker room.
Maintains the cleanliness of the Poker Room.
Logs poker players into the computer system in a timely manner as directed by your supervisor.
Greets and adds player names to the poker room wait list.
Seats guests and runs table and player buys as necessary.
Sets up or assist with the set up of poker decks.
Periodically audits and replenishes poker inventory as directed by supervisor.
Handles all food delivery orders for the poker room.

Skills / Requirements

Cash handling skills a plus
Ability to communicate effectively with guests, supervisors and team members.
Excellent team member and customer relation skills.
Outstanding math skills.
Ability to work any shift or hours.
Ability to cut cheques a plus
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License.
