Nature of Work:

The Women‚s Resource Center (WRC) serves as a resource for the University Community and as an advocate for women of all backgrounds, races, classes, sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions, political and religious beliefs, and abilities. The WRC offers a variety of direct services and support to student groups and provides resources and referrals to campus and community services. The Center also centralizes information on services, organizations and events in a supportive environment and works for social justice and gender equity at both interpersonal and institutional levels.
The purpose of this position is to provide high-level administrative and programmatic support to the Director and Associate Director of the WRC by initiating and supervising projects and programs related to social justice and gender equity; fundraising; representing the WRC; managing the computer network and office operations; managing the social media outlets used by the center; and direct supervision of student staff and volunteers.

Minimum Qualifications:
Four years of general clerical or administrative service experience, which included one year of experience appropriate to the assignment.

Substitution:
College, university or non-correspondence business school course work may substitute on a year-for-year basis for the general experience but not for the specific experience.
