POSITION SUMMARY:
The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for providing staffing services to Total Community Options and its affiliated companies. This position delivers high quality candidates and advances the TCO brands across numerous markets and professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the TCO selection process. This individual will perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large.
Skills / Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field and minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience preferably in healthcare environment - i.e. recruiting experience with physician, RN, CNA, PCP, PT, OT, clinic, adult day center, and corporate positions - Accounting/Finance, IT, Sales/Marketing, HR, etc.; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Hands-on experience recruiting for all levels of positions - non-exempt and exempt. Experience in recruiting for both front line staff and management positions in a healthcare environment preferred.
* Working knowledge and understanding of all aspects of full life cycle recruiting and applicable federal and state employment laws and regulations for Colorado, New Mexico, and California.
* Excellent influencing, communication, relationship-building and project management skills.
* MS Office and ATS experience, preferably with UltiPro - Ultimate Software.
