A big component of the Pursue the Passion mission is understanding more about individual career paths. We believe the journey is as important as the destination. Finding a great job doesn’t happen overnight and it’s important to acknowledge all stages of the process. Most of us find ourselves asking similar questions at these different stages and the answer is different for everyone. The boys of Pursue the Passion spent 4 months traveling across the country chasing a quality that is largely ambiguous and undefined. It’s a lovely sentiment and a noble cause.
