Job Summary
AECOM is seeking a Marketing Proposal Specialist to be based in our Greenwood Village, CO.

Typical Responsibilities:
  • Produces more complex marketing proposals, presentations and printed qualification materials in response to formal and informal client solicitations, including requests for qualifications (RFQ), requests for proposals (RFP) and/or for pre-selling efforts.
  • Works under general supervision of management.
  • Relieves management of complex functions.
  • Mentors and assists levels I and II specialists.
  • Responds to exceptionally complex questions.
  • Interfaces with various levels in the organization imparting information.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications, Journalism, English, Construction Management or related field from an accredited college or university or demonstrated equivalent.
  • 4 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education working on proposals and/or managing large documents
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite of software
  • Advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign and Photoshop
  • Ability to travel and work away from home, when necessary.
  • Willingness to work varying schedule with levels of evening and weekend work as required by demands.
  • Strong writing skills including an understanding of the elements of style and English grammar


Preferred Qualifications
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
