Email Developer 1

As a Junior Developer for Epsilon, you will implement best practices in coding/development of email campaigns for our clients, delivering premier, creative, complex, high-volume, high-visibility, scaled communications. You will also have opportunity to drive enterprise-scale websites and web-based applications.
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
? Detail-oriented, self-directed and able to set priorities
? Professional in both verbal and written communication
? A team player that works well independently
? Obsessed with technology and love to talk about it
? An excellent and inquisitive troubleshooter
? Provider of sound conclusions based on data, experience, and your research
? Willing to work on new challenges but remain focused on your regular duties
Required Technical Skills:
? 3 years writing HTML, and CSS.
? 1 years experience coding for emails
? Experience with coding for multiple web/email platforms
? Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Sketch
? Experience using testing tools such as Litmus (we can train this skill)
? Strong sense of visual design (while you may not be an expert with Photoshop or Illustrator, you still have an eye for aesthetics).
Nice to have, but not required skills:
? Strive to use web standards to build solutions using semantic markup and CSS.
? Strong Experience with Image and HTML Coding Optimization for email
? Basic programming concepts
