The Summer Trails Manager oversees all Summer Trails operations including budgeting, hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and developing employees to include preparing and discussing performance reviews in a timely manner.
 
Essential Job Functions
Provide leadership and direction to Summer Trails crew; delegate projects and tasks to staff, follow up daily to ensure completion
Work within approved budget focused on labor savings and expense management; track department spending and prepare budget for following season
Ensure compliance with all safety measures; document any issues 
Communicate with Vehicle Maintenance staff in a timely manner when equipment needs repair
Maintain positive working relationship with all departments
Complete assigned administrative projects within established deadlines
Ensure timely and accurate pay for all employees, create and manage employee schedule
Recommend hiring and/or termination of staff, hire to a fully staffed level
Conduct and/or delegate training and evaluation of staff including disciplinary action
Complete all ASC training requirements
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Valid, current unrestricted Driver’s License required
High school degree or equivalent preferred
Must pass DMV check
