Provides supervision and assistance to the residents in the activities of daily living, responds to emergency calls and notifies the staff nurse of changes in resident's condition.
What You Bring/Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- Previous experience working in a senior community preferred
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of a High School Diploma or GED
- Colorado QMAP Certification (Qualified Medication Administration Person) required within 90 days of hire (certifications must remain current following the initial 90 days of employment)
- BLS through the American Heart Association required
Physical requirements- Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly).
