Under direction of the Associate Administrator of Clinic Transitions, the Clinic Transitions Project Coordinator works closely with various Centura Health Departments to coordinate Clinic Transitions Activities. Key liaison for newly acquired practices providing dedicated on-site on-boarding support to the practice teams as they integrate into Centura Health. Performs a wide variety of project activities to support the Clinic Transitions team. Compiles, analyzes, and reports on Clinic Transitions activities. Responsible for the maintenance and integrity of the Clinic Transitions SharePoint database.

Schedule: Usually Monday-Friday, but can include weekends or evenings depending upon transition schedules.

Travel around the Denver metro area is required.

What You Bring/Job Requirements

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

  • 4 years professional experience
  • 3 years physician interaction, project coordination and relationship building experience
  • Excellent time management, detail-oriented and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in the use of computer applications including SharePoint and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years professional experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • PMP preferred

Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)
