Supports the Leaders of Supply Chain in the development and maintenance of collaborative relationships with the Centura Supply Chain Management team to ensure effective project management, data analysis, and gap analysis are completed to achieve results-orientated project outcomes. This role will interact with a variety of department leaders and vendors to obtain information that is integral to assigned projects, partnership with non-clinical initiatives, and analyzing data sets with the system to support large projects. This role will support DSCM and Corporate on improvement initiatives, concentrating on Supply Chain operationally focused applications.
What You Bring/Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
1 year or less of experience analyzing and manipulating large sets of healthcare data (i.e. identifying trends and patterns) or advanced education in lieu of experience (Master’s in Business, Health Administration, Engineering, Project Management or a similar area of focus)
Intermediate or better level of expertise in MS Excel, Access, and SQL (i.e. recent experience developing pivot tables, v-look ups, formulas, etc.)
Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to manage one’s own work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
High School diploma/GED required
Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare related field, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience, preferred
Physical Requirements:
Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)
