Duties and Responsibilities
The Operation Specialist at North High school works to support the logistics of running a school with over 1200 students. Tasks will vary from running passes to students to organizing events to inputting data. Support takes place in the main office, in the Nurse's office, in the library, in the Dean's office, or in the counseling office depending on need.
In this position, the employee will gain exposure and experience to various elements that go into the operations of running a large organization (i.e. a school).
- Must be a current student of the Community College of Denver, taking at least six hours of credit and awarded work-study funds.
- Demonstrated history of taking initiative
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- positive attitude
- Desire to work in a high paced and intense environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft office and Google suite.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Up to 20 hours a week (may not exceed 20 hours per week)
