Delta Dental of Colorado (DDCO), a nonprofit with a mission to improve the oral health of the communities it serves, has more than 1.2 million members with a 98% retention rate. It insures more than 5,000 employer groups, tens of thousands of people who purchase dental benefits individually, and adults and children with embedded plans through medical partners. DDCO’s Foundation elevates the well-being of all Coloradans by advancing oral health equity.  Its vision is that every Coloradan can have a healthy mouth because the necessary resources are attainable, regardless of life circumstances.

DDCO seeks a proven leader who has tremendous enthusiasm for health and the impact that improved oral health can have on quality of life.  This person is excited about working to achieve mission success for both DDCO and the Foundation. This individual demonstrates, either through career or volunteer service, a life-long dedication to improving the human condition. The ideal candidate must exhibit success in collaborating with a wide variety of stakeholders.
