Our program is growing! We are looking for a community clinician to join our diverse, and passionate team. Our community based services program serves children, adolescents, adults, and families with mental health and behavioral issues, complex trauma, abuse and neglect, court involvement, social and educational difficulties, medical issues, etc. This position is responsible for providing clinical assessments, case management, and treatment, including: individual therapy, family therapy, couple’s therapy, parenting support, skills training, and crisis intervention services. Services are primarily delivered in our Denver office and surrounding communities. As a Community Clinician in our Home-Based and Out-Patient Programs you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. We welcome new graduates!
The Community Clinician position is a full-time, salaried position. The position has a productivity structure based on billable client hours in which you have the ability to control your earning potential, even as an unlicensed clinician. Clients are available and there is no need to obtain your own clients.

-Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
-Licensed or license eligible in the State of Colorado (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
-Bilingual (English/Spanish) individuals are strongly encouraged to apply
-Experience in community based services highly preferred
-Experience in providing therapy services to children and family therapy highly preferred
-Trauma-informed clinicians highly preferred
-Valid driver's license with good driving history
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
-Have knowledge of and experience with evidenced-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive therapy skills and therapeutic interventions
-Ability to complete comprehensive clinical assessments and collaboratively identify treatment goals with clients
-Willingness to take initiative and have an entrepreneurial mindset
-Aptitude and preference for working in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to work as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team
-Possess a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
-Knowledge of and ability to implement conflict resolution and crisis intervention skills
-Exceptional time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and independently manage own schedule
-Ability to create and maintain strong boundaries with colleagues and clients
