Intermediate Cook - Garde Manger

This positing if for a Full Time Grade Manger Cook 2 at the Hyatt Regency Denver located in downtown Denver.
The Intermediate Garde Manger Cook focuses on preparation of cold foods, including salads, sandwiches, meats, appetizers, soups and other foods, and is responsible for working as part of a team, delivering the same high quality of product every time, and maintaining a sanitary environment.
Ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of professional cooking experience. Candidate must display good communication skills, as well as advanced knowledge of different preparation methods. Formal culinary training preferred.
This position involves standing on feet for long periods of time and requires the ability to lift, push and carry moderate amounts of weight. Candidates must have open availability including days and evenings, weekends and holidays.

- Refined verbal communication skills.
- 2 years of previous line experience preferred.
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
- Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.
- Able to work single station in the kitchen.
