Republic parking System located in the University of Colorado Health hospital in Aurora, Colorado is hiring an experienced Bookkeeper/Admin. We are looking for a professional and well-spoken individual who is outgoing, motivated, and extremely organized with a positive and energetic attitude to help complete daily activities in our office.
Candidates must possess excellent communication, organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills with a can do, willing to learn attitude.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Review and process accounts payable invoices.
Maintain Company WEX cards.
Record cash receipts and make daily deposits within the hospital.
Review and process monthly reconciliations for company credit card transactions and record in the general ledger.
Prepare, complete and send in monthly reports.
Maintain an orderly accounting filing system.
Process heavy payroll for 80+ employees
Maintain employee sick and vacation time
Maintain employee files
Maintain citation appeals
Attentive phone skills
Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested.
Proficient with Excel
Minimum of 2 years bookkeeping experience.
Professional in Appearance and Character.
Reliable & Punctual.
Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.
Must be able to work independently w/ minimal supervision and function as part of our team.
Attention to detail.
Be prepared to adjust duties or priorities as requested.
Education: High school diploma /GED (Required).
Must pass a background check and Drug screen
Required schedule will be Monday through Friday 9:30am to 3pm. Pay DOE
