InTec LLC is looking for a highly motivated and qualified professional to fill a Senior Process Engineer positions in the Aurora, CO area. Ideal candidates will have the ability to adapt quickly to a fast paced and dynamic environment for high impact, mission-critical intelligence operations.

Senior Process Engineer

Education

            Bachelor's or advanced degree, Masters or PhD, in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (advanced degrees or certifications in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics are desired). See Skill Table for Substitution.

Desired Experience

Experience in engineering developing and implementing Government approved metrics for the acquisition, contracting, application portfolio, or asset/property management to document initial baseline process engineering performance, identify meaningful improvements, track progress, and identify efficiency and quality goals.

Experience conducting Six Sigma events to improve processes

Domain Knowledge

  • IT and Managed Service Provider Acquisition;
  • Commercial Hardware and Software Acquisition and Licensing Processes and Tools (e.g. SAP and Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Services Software Asset Management Tool);
  • Supply Chain Management;
  • Property Manuals and Processes;
  • Service Level Agreements
  • Earned Value Management.

**Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.

Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.  May supervise others.

Twelve (12) years or more of related experience

5 - Principal

Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments. Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives. Has domain and expert technical knowledge. Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met. Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management.  Decision making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation.  May supervise others.

Master’s degree in a related subject

Eighteen (18) years or more of related experience;

Associates Degree plus 4 additional years of related experience substitutes for a Bachelor’s Degree.
