We are seeking an Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Coordinator based at our Corporate Office in Greeley, CO.

Responsibilities:
Process team member changes for Greeley Headquarters into SAP (Onboarding, Off Boarding, Employment Changes, Severance)

  • Upload new hire employee files and employee change documents
  • Process Employee Changes (Direct Deposit, W-4, Address Change, Emergency Contact etc)
  • Provide basic personnel reports
  • Audit plant personnel changes to ensure completion
  • Troubleshoot SAP Payroll Errors
  • Audit SAP Master Data and work with internal teams to correct
  • SharePoint Daily Maintenance
  • Monitor HRIS email box
  • Provide SAP Support and Training for Plants
  • Provide proactive support to plant based (remote) HR Coordinators

Qualifications;

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field preferred
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Ability to adapt to new demands, reprioritize workload and address urgent demands quickly
  • Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully to all associates and all internal/external resources
  • Eagerness and ability to learn new skills, technologies and business processes quickly
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and across all levels of the organization
  • Must be able to work inclusively, but also be able to work independently and without excessive supervision
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential employee information
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience with SAP HCM strongly desired
