Architect (Denver, CO). F/T. Dsgn & prep architectural docs & creative scale drawings, presentations, & 3D renderings for architectural projects w/ focus on sustainable bldg using computer-aided dsgn & other tools such as Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Enscape, Bluebeam, etc. Research, evaluate, & prep info on specs, materials, quantity calculations, costs, envrmnt'l sustainability features, construction & reqmts & dsgn alternatives. Perform feasibility studies, performance studies, & observational reports. Master's deg. (or foreign educational equiv) of Architecture, or Architectural dsgn, or closely rltd field + 12 mths of exp in job offrd, or as Architectural Mgr, Architectural Dsgnr, or Project Dsgnr, or closely rltd. Past 12 mths of work exp must be (full 12 mths) in prep'g architectural docs for sustainable bldg architectural projects; leading a dsgn team; visiting proposed bldg sites to determine suitability for construction & performing observation reports; Must have exp in using computer-aided dsgn & digital s/ware incl AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam & Adobe Creative Suite.
