Job Description
The Director, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia IMSS Program and Country Executive will be responsible for all aspects of the IMSS to include: space communications, imaging, missile warning and ground segments; program direction/review/control/reporting; engineering and production; systems engineering, integration and test; financial performance (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash); and customer interface and compliance.
The individual will work across Lockheed Martin Space to secure the needed functional expertise and support, collaborate and coordinate with other lines of business (LOBs) and with other Lockheed Martin Business Areas, notably with the Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) team, and serve as the Lockheed Martin Space lead executive with the cross-corporation Saudi Executive Steering Group.
In addition, this individual will work directly with U.S. Government customer(s) and stakeholders, as well as KSA customers, end-users and supporting suppliers and partners. It will also have P&L responsibility for all KSA MoD programs and activities and be responsible for establishing and delivering LRP objectives and results.

Basic Qualifications
• Strong familiarity with the Aerospace & Defense Industry to include Space and Defense Electronics, as well as the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and key customers
• At least 10 years of experience leading business development activities for a large corporation
• Experience in organizational redesign and change management
• Skilled at multi-dimensional forecasting and planning

• Proven team-builder across Lockheed Martin Business Areas and Space Lines of Business
• Demonstrate effective relationships across all Space organizations and at all levels
• Active TS/SCI clearance
