What does this role look like?

As the Classified LM Space IT Program Sr. Manager the successful candidate will manage and lead all Space IT Classified Program Operations and Sustainment. This leader will report to the Space IT Partner Director and contribute to program resiliency initiatives.

This role will offer you the following daily challenges:

• Establish a cost effective and robust business rhythm to manage IT Infrastructure, Applications and Cybersecurity in support of the LM Space classified programs
• Integration, strategic planning, and operation of all classified IT Infrastructure, Applications and Cybersecurity tasking.
• IT Infrastructure, Applications and Cybersecurity fact finding, customer support, horizontal integration, corrective action planning, cost, schedule, technical, and risk
• Provide leadership to Space direct, matrixed, and EIT employees.
• Develop an IT classified Infrastructure, Applications and Cybersecurity strategic plan, coordinate with customers as required, and integrated program schedules
• Demonstrate strong Program management skills, strong IT knowledge and is skilled in managing Military customers
• Provide expertise in IT Infrastructure, Applications, COWAN, Cyber DFAR, Risk Management Framework, and DOD Risk Management Framework (RMF) process.

*SECRET Clearance required for this role.
*This position requires special access and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen

Basic Qualifications
To be successful, you will need to possess these basic qualifications:

• 8+ Years of experience leading people, projects, teams, etc
• Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership Capabilities
• Experienced in leading and managing DOD requirements and processes
• Past performance & execution to cost (Control Account Management /Earned Value), schedule, technical & risk management.
• Knowledge of Product Lifecycle from new business pursuit to contract closure.
• Knowledge of and experience with IT solutions and IT resource personnel.
• Understanding of and experience with leading Infrastructure, Applications, and Cybersecurity teams.
• Program Management and IT Integration skills (i.e., Infrastructure, Applications or Cybersecurity)
• Possess excellent English communication skills, both written, verbal, and presentation, to effectively communicate business cases to all levels of peers, suppliers, as well as program and executive management.
Please Note: You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain an Active US DoD TOP SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Desired skills
To be successful, ideally, you should also have:

• Information Security: Demonstrated experience with risk analysis and related business decision processes, Strong understanding of information security trends and current industry focus areas, Technical experience with vulnerability management, normal infrastructure/perimeter protections, information security best practices.
• Experience with DFARS, Risk Management Framework, and DIACAP.
• Experience with Data and Predictive Analytics.
• Experience with Cloud based IT Solutions/Architectures.
• Highly motivated and able to prioritize and integrate multiple projects.
• Demonstrated skills in Business Transformation and Process Improvement.
• Understanding of the LM Space, Corporate and Enterprise IT policies and initiatives.
• Experience working with classified and controlled unclassified information.
• Experience supporting remote sites.
