In this role, you’ll be able to sink your teeth into designing and driving the human capital initiatives to align with business objectives for Business Units within the Enterprise IT organization. This role requires a strategic thinker to partner with business executives and senior level industry thought leaders. The selected candidate will support development of HR initiatives and programs and will be responsible for assessing the needs of the business and designing strategies and solutions, and/or obtaining resources to address needs. You will partner as a strategic consultant to leadership on human resource related issues in support of the business. As the Employee Advocate and Change Agent, you will assess and anticipate human capital requirements and opportunities for your respective client groups, partnering with functional Center of Excellence organizations to develop and implement integrated solutions.

In this role, the HRBP will provide direct support to the Corporate Information Security Organization and will lead a team of business partners in supporting the Infrastructure & International Organization of ~2300 employees. As the lead, your team will perform all HR responsibilities for the function including, but not limited to: Performance management, compensation planning, talent management, employee relations, coaching, workforce planning, HR metrics, training and development, and organizational development.
The selected candidate in this role will also play a key role in supporting the development of an Agile culture and workforce of the future as this organization supports the Digital Transformation efforts for LM.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience in multiple HR disciplines
- Prior experience supporting executive level leaders
-Demonstrated experience coaching, influencing, building, and leveraging effective relationships to influence decisions through partnering
- Experience leading workforce through a changing environment
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
-Strong computer skills using HR applications, HR reporting and MS office suite

Desired skills
-Strong business acumen.
-Previous experience supporting DOD community.
-Strong Tableau or Microsoft Excel skills
-HRIS Systems.
-Must be able to identify opportunities for HR to engage effectively with management.
-Ability to provide day to day executive coaching and presence.
-Be able to influence and communicate at all levels.
