Responsible for the assembly of components and Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) wiring and integration into sub-system modules and Box level hardware. Assignments include, but are not limited to: assembly of electromechanical components, epoxy attach, surface mount technology, connector mate / de-mate, box level mechanical assembly, and hardware torqueing. We have multiple opportunities for RF Assemblers at our Space Systems Business unit in Littleton, Colorado location. This position may be 1st or 2nd shift based on seniority in accordance with the CBA.

Basic Qualifications
• Must be familiar with the assembly of electronic components in CCA's and module level assemblies.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, process specifications, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to complete certifications in Soldering, Bonding, Polymerics, Surface Mount Technology, Torqueing, Clean Room Operations, Electrostatic Discharge Awareness.
• Ability to develop working knowledge of microwave electronics circuits.
• Ability to learn and develop proficiency in Ribbon Bonding, Parallel GAP Welding, and Thermosonic Wire Bonding, and Epoxy Die Attach of components.
• Have working knowledge of Windows based computers and Microsoft Office Products (Word and Outlook).
• Detailed oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to maintain accurate records, fill out logs accurately, and explain defects found - clearly and concisely.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance as required. Must be able to maintain all required certifications. Must be able to work shifts in accordance with the CBA.

Desired skills
3 years Assembly experience in Aerospace, Military, and /or Communications Satellite hardware production.
