Support the corporate office staff including, scheduling meetings, ordering office supplies, maintaining coffee bar items, creating and updating Excel, Word and PowerPoint documents, scanning, filing and answering incoming phone calls.
Assist with company event planning
Greet incoming visitors
Organize and maintain office storage areas
Provide administrative assistance for small number of executives

Work Environment
This job generally operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at job sites.

Required Education and Experience
• High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor’s degree preferred
• A minimum of two years’ experience in office assistant role

Expected Hours of Work

This position is full-time minimum of 40 hours per week. Standard Monday to Friday office hours are observed but may require evenings and weekends.
