Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified Marketing Specialist to join Corporate National Marketing department. This position will provide project management of division projects; monitoring of creative development and production expenses; preparations of meeting agendas and client status reports; and participation in creative brainstorms. This position will also have active communication with division clients, account services, cross-functional production team members, and outside vendors.


Project Management:

  • Ownership of 2-3 division accounts, managing their traditional and digital marketing efforts.

    • B-to-C marketing: for community launches, events, driving traffic

    • B-to-B marketing: real estate outreach

  • Account management responsibilities include acting as the liaison between corporate, field marketing, and internal departments as well as budget management.

  • Project managing the creative development and trafficking of jobs, as well as production expenses and overall project coordination.

  • Overseeing community start-up materials including sales center touch screen presentations, floor plan/rendering production and new sales center install management.


  • Assist National and Local marketing teams with the research and development of strategic planning initiatives.


  • Facilitate active communications with division clients, account services, cross-functional production team members, and outside vendors.


  • Must demonstrate good interpersonal, professional, and strong communication skills in order to work effectively with a variety of account service staff and cross-functional teams.

  • Must possess good writing and editing skills.

  • Must be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new conditions, assignments, and deadlines.

  • Knowledge of consumer marketing and is a plus. 

  • Knowledge of real estate or homebuilding is a plus.

  • Comfortable leading meetings and facilitating discussions between field marketing and corporate marketing department.

  • Must have a service-minded attitude while maintaining brand standards.

  • Will also be required to learn and understand key client information, including general business strategy, industry issues, products and services, key customers, and competitors in the marketplace.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent project management and communication skills.

  • Proficient experience in managing large dollar volume budgets and reporting on ROI.

  • Strong proficiency with MS Office and specifically Excel is required.

  • Must be proficient with MS Word, Outlook, & Excel.

  • Experience with SharePoint and/or G Suite applications is a plus.

  • Experience in Basecamp or other project management software a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5-6 years of professional experience.

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of project management experience.
