    The Branch Sales Trainer will play a pivotal role in both on-boarding new sales associates and the continued education/training for our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and teaching about various topics including software, curriculum changes, and processes/procedures.


    • New Sales Associate orientation and training
    • On-going training to assist sales associates and district managers improve and update selling techniques. Work with all sales department associates to properly utilize customer facing software, gaining the full benefit of available tools.

    Other Responsibilities

    • Track training results
    • Assist district managers with coaching sales associates with sales process and obtaining TAP & TIP goals.
    • Work with, evaluate and guide sales associates through the selling process
    • Be the branch liaison to the corporate training staff
    • Work with district managers to improve their coaching and communication skills
    • Conduct training at general and district sales meetings



    • Minimum High school diploma is required
    • Minimum of 2 years street sales experience required
    • Trainer must understand all functions of performing as a sales associate along with the inner workings and culture of our company
    • Restaurant experience helpful
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office
    • Good communication/training skills


    • Frequent prolonged sitting at desk, classroom, meetings and driving
    • Prolong standing at all food shows
    • Constant multi-tasking with both hands/arms simultaneously reaching/handling/grasping/fingering while performing desktop and office activities, driving, training, seminars and attending meetings.
    • Occasional lift/carrying 10 to 50lbs
    • Constant use of sight, hearing and speech

    • Outstanding listening skills
    • Detail oriented
    • Ability to work as a team member or individually with minimum supervision
    • Ability to work on multiple tasks/projects and complete within designated time frame
    • Ability to accept and adapt to changes within the work environment

    Work Environment

    • Office/classroom and travel required
    • Driving in all types of weather conditions
    • May require working over 40 hours per week
