    Responsibilities

    • Facilitates soft skills and software training programs in assigned regions.
    • Conducts periodic needs analysis to determine training needs and current program relevancy and value.
    • Assists in the development, enhancement and maintenance of training curriculum, strategies, and communication materials.
    • Develops performance measurement tools and tracks the effectiveness of all programs.
    • Partners with regional operations staff to insure consistent training, and that their regions' needs are being met.
    • Provides individual coaching, offering assessments and feedback of strengths and areas for improvement.
    • Embraces and reinforce company policies, philosophies and procedures.
    • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
    • Maintains a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you can get along with co-workers, residents, customers, vendors, and management.

    Qualifications

    • In depth knowledge of maintenance operations within multifamily property management industry
    • Intermediate level understanding and experience in the following trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care and applicance repair
    • Curriculum development experience desired.
    • Software proficiency with Yardi, PowerPoijnt, MS Word and Excel
    • Previous training experience and classroom facilitation required
    • Team player that demonstrates supportive relationships with peers, customers and internal personnel.
    • Knowledge of Fair Housing
    • Understanding of budgeting and performance management
    • EPA and CPO certified
