Primary Responsibilities
  • Engage in resume mining on major job boards and use alternate recruiting methods to find Candidates (such as blogs, user groups, networking websites etc.)
  • Active recruiting by searching job boards/user groups/posting ads
  • Source/create strong pipelines of available Candidates
  • Post the position on internal/external job boards 
  • Add resumes/contact info/ notes to the database
  • Communicate feedback to Account Manager(s) 
  • Assist in resume submittal to the client
  • Develop personal networking strategies
  • Phone-screen (interview) Candidates
  • Search internal/external databases 
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Screen / format resumes
  • Cold call candidates
  • Coordinate interviews
  • Close Candidates
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS), preferably Salesforce
  • Proven recruitment skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets/goals
  • Passionate and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Must be energetic, highly motivated, and have the ability to communicate with Candidates in an articulate & professional manner
  • Must be self-directed, highly responsive, & detail oriented in completing assigned tasks w/minimal supervision
  • Must be able to demonstrate persistence, tenacity, ability to overcome obstacles, and strive to improve skills and achieve goals
  • Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to close positions in a very competitive and fast-paced environment
  • Good leadership skills and the ability to work independently
  • Must be a team player and work well with others
  • Ability to work effectively within a team 
  • Ability to manage multiple client requirements and deliver excellent customer service
  • Demonstrated track record of consistent performance and attention to details


Bachelor’s degree a strong plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Must have at least 4 years of recruiting experience in one or more of the following:
    • Contract Consulting
    • Permanent Placement
    • Project Management / Business Analysis 
  • Must have at least 4 years of contract and full-time recruiting experience in one or more of the following vertical markets:
    •  Financial Services
    •  Information Technology
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience working with and understanding the following types of candidates (who they are, what they do, how they work, where they fit into the scheme of things):
    • Agile/Scrum professionals in support of product development (Scrum Masters)
    • Project and/or Program Managers
    • Business Analysts
    •  Quality Assurance (QA) Analysts
    •  User Interface (UI) Designers and Engineers
    • Software (SW) Developers/ Engineers
    • Database Administration (DBA)
