- Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing superior customer service by greeting customers as they enter the Facility, taking group reservations and receiving and directing phone calls into the Facility. Also responsible for monitoring all access through the main entrance, handling admissions, passes, admissions, point of sale transactions, and assisting in the cleanliness and maintenance of Colorado Journey Miniature Golf and the Cornerstone Park Batting Cages.
- Job Requirements
Must be at least 15 years old with some high school education. CPR, AED, and First Aid Certification or the ability to obtain upon hire. Previous customer service experience preferred and be able to take an active role in a team environment. Accurate cash handling experience strongly preferred. Spanish speaking a plus. Batting cages specific: Knowledge and training in baseball and/or softball preferable
Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must be highly motivated and take direction well. Knowledge of: recreational programming and facility operations; customer service principles; working with point of sale software programs. The ability to: perform multiple functions at once; work productively without supervision within policies and procedures; provide superior customer service and successfully interact with coworkers, customers, and supervisors while managing multiple customers and events; and handle cash flow with accuracy in adherence to established procedures. Accurate cash handling a must. Accurate operation of the computerized point of sales operating system a must.
A combination of education and experience may be considered. The ability to successfully complete a background check including and not limited to criminal history search is required.

Work Hours: This is a variable hour position. Please note weekly work hours will vary and may require days, evenings, weekends and/or holiday hours.
