- 2 or more years of experience or equivalent relevant education/experience working with Salesforce as an Administrator
- Minimum 6 months experience with Lightening
- 1-3 years of experience handling technical Salesforce administration skills
- Advanced Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Demonstrated experience creating and managing custom field / objects, complex workflow rules, process builder/flow, record types, data validation, page layouts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot system, process and data issues; ability to think clearly under pressure
- Process-oriented and able to clearly translate customer requirements into implementable design specifications
- Field Service Lightning Certification
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects
- Well-rounded in both functional and technical aspects of a CRM engagement
- Combination of business analysis and technology implementation experience
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
