Job Description

SRI is seeking committed and passionate professionals to provide critical services to military members, Department of the Army civilians and their families.

Overview: Army Resiliency Training Centers provide instruction in the areas of: resilience, positive psychology, and performance enhancement to U.S. Army and Department of Defense (DoD) personnel, their families and Department of the Army (DA) civilians at 30 Army Resiliency Training Centers within the United States and Overseas. The Performance Center Manager (PCM) serves as the local installation Subject Matter Expert (SME) for program matters; and leads, manages and directs contractor staff assigned to their respective program Training Center (TC).

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates with local installation leadership (i.e., Brigade and below) to plan, prepare and execute resilience and performance education training.
  • Participates in the program and serve as the primary POC for Master Resilience Trainer (MRT) Level 1 training.
  • Ensures quality control of all Master Resilience Trainer-Performance Experts (MRT-PE) to include Professional Certification, MRT progression to higher levels and conduct rehearsals for training presentations to ensure MRTs are "ready to teach."
  • Conducts local program Quality Assurance/Quality Enhancement and provide required reports.
  • Develops the program Training Schedule at their respective installation and providing a draft training schedule to the ACOR for approval.

Required Skills, Education, Experience & Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • At least four years of prior military leadership experience; company level leadership as an officer or non-commissioned officer is desired.
  • Able to represent the Army Resiliency Training Center program to senior level leadership at the installation level to include General Officers and Garrison Commanders.
  • Ability to obtain National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) clearance.
  • Must be able to operate general office equipment including but not limited to: computer, phones and related media and information devices on most or all workdays.
  • Ability to communicate and interact with others, both in person and/or by telephone to conduct business.
  • Ability to work under time pressure and rapidly for long periods to meet deadlines.
  • Good command of the English language which includes the ability to read, write, understand, and clearly and effectively communicate the language.
  • Organized and experienced multi-tasker.
  • Military Veterans and Spouses encouraged.
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.
