TTEC is seeking an experienced Senior Benefits Analyst to join our Enterprise Services team. What you'll be doing: 
The Senior Benefits Analyst supports paid time off programs globally, leave management reporting, and tuition reimbursement programs, and data audits.  
What you'll bring to us:
  • Responsible for processing, reconciliation, monthly reporting and day to day administration of paid time off programs Sick and vacation plans (US and Canada to start- will have global oversight)
  • Responsible for administration of companywide educational programs- Tuition reimbursement, scholarship and certification programs (global oversight)
  • Lead the annual scholarship program and manage the employee communications, program details and coordination with the scholarship committee on selections
  • Maintain education program budget tracking and reporting
  • Facilitate US leave management monthly reporting- FMLA and NON FMLA leaves
  • Create employee communication and education campaigns on paid time off and education programs
  • Serve as day to day contact on Paid time off and educational programs with payroll, timekeeping and HR teams
  • Facilitate system testing and monthly auditing of paid time off programs
  • Provide data analysis for executive reporting dashboard for US leave management
  • Provide support for leave management vendor and facilitate day to day vendor management and participate in weekly/biweekly vendor meetings
  • Utilize oracle advance benefits to conduct monthly audits on employee demographics and hours for Leave management and benefits
  • Participate in all year end testing activities, entity and payroll changes, vendor and program evaluation, reporting communications and compliance activities
What skills you'll need:
  • Advanced MS skills- Excel, Powerpoint and Word required
  • Aptitude for complex excel spreadsheet reconciliation
  • US leave management experience preferred
  • Self motivated and extremely detailed oriented, advanaced problem skills
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Bachelor degree preferred or years experience requirement- 5-7 years of benefit experience
  • Ability to remain flexible in changing demanding environment
  • Oracle experience a plus
