Tuff Shed is recruiting for an experienced and highly motivated Assistant Manager to contribute to the success of our Denver Factory Store. This position offers the opportunity to make a real impact to the Store and the Company.

We're seeking a driven and experienced Assistant Manager who can help lead our high volume Operations and Sales team of 15+ employees

Sales / Sales Management experience preferred

Proven leadership skills will be required ensure we meet and beat the Store's financial and operations targets

A real people manager, with hands-on experience recruiting, training and managing staff

A focus on customer service excellence and an understanding of the importance of "leading by example"

Experience in working in an industrial environment is required. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for scheduling sub-contractors, managing inventory and our fleet, and overall safety in the Store

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Assistant manager with hands-on knowledge of the people management and the industry



Experience building and managing a team and meeting challenging operational and sales targets; also preferred, experience with sub-contractors

Strong customer service skills, prior sales experience

Proven safety management experience, including: OSHA; fire prevention; machine and tool usage; PPE; Hazard communication; lifting techniques; fork lift; electrical safety; fall protection; and safety training documentation management

Inventory and fleet management experience

Background in and understanding of financials, including GL and/or P&L statements

Strong PC skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook; CRM experience highly preferred

Successful background networking and growing long-term business partnerships; ability to deal with multiple issues, growing trust and solving problems

Current valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report

Satisfactory drug screening and reference check
