The Division of General Internal Medicine, Department ofMedicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, Anschutz MedicalCampus seeks academic hospitalists at the Instructor, Assistant Professor andAssociate Professor levels to join our vibrant hospitalist group practicing andteaching General Internal Medicine.
Outstanding opportunity to combine clinical medicine andteaching of students, residents, and fellows. The position includes timeon traditional resident teaching services, as well as with learners in ourinnovative Hospitalist Training Program and Advance Practice Fellowship (forNurse Practitioner/Physician Assistants). Hospitalists are full-timefaculty and are offered the opportunity for academic promotion, judged oncriteria of demonstrated excellence as clinicians, educators, andscholars. Administrative responsibilities allow for development as aleader within the hospitalist program, the Department of Medicine, the InternalMedicine Residency Training Program, the School of Medicine, and University ofColorado Health. Scholarly activities are encouraged and opportunities topublish and be involved in research abound.
