Will oversee and motivate a team of leasing professionals.

We are looking for an experienced Leasing Manager for a unique opportunity to work at 2 communities.  This dual site position will be for a high rise community located in Downtown Denver and a garden style community located in Thornton.  We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills who can be flexible with their schedule and location.

Leasing Manager

Waterton is currently seeking an energetic, enthusiastic Leasing Manager! As a Leasing Manager, you will oversee and motivate a team of leasing professionals. You will lead all activities associated with selling and renewing residential apartment leases with a focus on generating qualified prospective residents, touring the property and following up with prospective residents, and preparing lease packages. You will set monthly goals for the leasing team and ensure team has the necessary tools and guidance to achieve results. Above all, you will have a passion for exceeding resident expectations and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • 1+ years’ experience as a leasing specialist
  • 2+ years’ experience in sales, customer relations, and/or marketing
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in sales and marketing
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver’s license may be required
  • Evenings, weekends and/or holidays may be required
  • Must have real estate license or obtain within 120 days of employment if required by state law
